RESOLUTION #27-99
APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Rosewood Estates Subdivision
WHEREAS, A preliminary plat was submitted by Glen Miller for Woodgate Estates and
approved by the Common Council on June 9, 1998 through the adoption of Resolution
#I 14-98; and
WHEREAS, An amended preliminary plat was submitted by Mr Miller on February 10,
1999 for the lands contained in Woodgate Estates and now named Rosewood Estates;
and
WHEREAS, Rosewood Estates, which proposes 20 lots and two outlots, is located in
the NE X and NW X of Section 11, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval of the preliminary plat
for Rosewood Estates through the adoption of #P.C. 18-99.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
preliminary plat of Rosewood Estates, a 20-lot subdivision with two outlots, in the NE %
and NW X of Section 11 subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 18-99
being met at the time of the final plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of the submittal
fee and favorable reports from all approving and objecting agencies.
