RESOLUTION TO PLACE AN ADVISORY REFERENDUM QUESTION
ON THE APRIL 6,1999 BALLOT
BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego has determined
that an advisory referendum question be placed on the April 6, 1999 ballot.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the language for said referendum question will read
as follows:
SHOULD THE CITY OF MUSKEG0 INCLUDE THE COSTS OF DEMOLITION
OF THE PARKLAND MALL BUILDING IN A POSSIBLE TAX INCREMENTAL
FINANCING (TIF) DISTRICT FOR ANY PRIVATE DEVELOPER?
