RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEES
(Reserve "Class B" License)
WHEREAS, The Municipal Code of the City of Muskego provides that fees for various
licenses may be established by Resolution of the Common Council; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee has recommended that an initial issuance fee of
$10,000 be established for a reserve "Class B liquor license to conform with state
statutes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby establish
a $10,000 initial issuance fee for a reserve "Class B liquor license to conform with state
statutes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the annual license fee for a "Class B license must
also be paid in addition to the one-time $10,000 issuance fee for a reserve "Class B"
liquor license.
