SECOND AMENDED AND REVISED FINAL RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING
INSTALLATION OF SEWER IMPROVEMENTS AND
LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS AGAINST
BENEFITED PROPERTY
(North CapeKchaefer Drive Sewer Project MSS-1-98)

WHEREAS, Final Assessment Resolution #71-98 was adopted on April 28, 1998 and Amended
and Revised Final Assessment Resolution #184-98 was adopted on October 13, 1998; and
WHEREAS, The Public Utilities Committee, upon the request of the property owners, has
recommended that the Final Assessment Resolution be amended to reflect the following
changes to the assessment roll:
Tax Key No. 2209.934 (Vacant)
Reduce assessment by $2.729.50
for one 6 lateral
Tax Key No. 2212.999 W126 S8662 North Cape
Reduce assessment by $8,188.50
to reflect decrease from five 6" laterals to two 6" laterals
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities Committee. does hereby amend the Final
Assessment Resolution #71-98. to reflect the changes noted above.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That all remaining sections of the Final Assessment Resolution
#71-98 and Amended and Revised Final Assessment Resolution #184-98 shall remain
unchanged unless specifically amended by this Resolution.
