RESOLUTION AS TO APPEAL REGARDING
COMPENSATION AND CLASSIFICATION PLAN
FOR NONREPRESENTED EMPLOYEES
(City Clerk-Treasurer)
WHEREAS, The City Clerk-Treasurer, a nonrepresented employee covered by the Pay
Plan Proposal adopted by the Common Council on July 28, 1998, submitted an appeal
to Mayor David L. De Angelis; and
WHEREAS, The Committee of the Whole reviewed said appeal and made a
recommendation to the Common Council in closed session at their meeting held
January 11,1999.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Committee of the Whole, does hereby deny
appeal based on recommendation of Bart Gethmann.
