RESOLUTION #8-99
RESOLUTION AS TO APPEALS REGARDING NEW PAYMENT PLAN
IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, The Information Systems Director, Director of Planning, and Library
Director submitted appeals requesting implementation of a payment plan to bring their
salary to 100% of midpoint; and
WHEREAS, The Finance Committee reviewed said appeals and has recommended to
deny the request to increase their salary to 100% of midpoint noting that the thorough
process used to determine the salary range was and continues to be fair and the best
solution possible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby deny the
appeals submitted by the Information Systems Director, Director of Planning, and
Library Director regarding a new payment plan implementation schedule to bring their
salary to 100% of midpoint.
