APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Wilkinson Estates Addition No. 1
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on December 22, 1998 to finalize a
two-parcel land division of the Wilkinson Estates Addition No. 1 outlot in the NE 1/4 of
Section 18; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has recommended approval through Resolution
#P.C. 5-99, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
certified survey map to finalize a two-parcel land division of the Wilkinson Estates
Addition No. 1 outlot in the NE ’A of Section 18 subject to the conditions outlined in
Resolution #P.C. 5-99, as amended, and is subject to a sign being placed (at the end of
Pasadena Drive) indicating future extension of the road and that any future land
divisions will require the remainder of the road to be constructed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by Section 18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may
be due, and approval of the City Engineer
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a DXF or COG0 file of this CSM be submitted to
the City prior to City signatures being placed upon the certified survey map (3 %”
diskette).
