APPROVAL OF REVISED JOB DESCRIPTION, PAY GRADE AND SALARY RANGE
(Administrative Assistant)
WHEREAS, The Committee of the Whole has discussed that the position description of
the Mayor's Administrative Assistant be revised to include the coordination of human
resource activities; and
WHEREAS, Consultant Bart Gethrnann has written a new job description and has
recommended the grade be changed for this position, and
WHEREAS, The Committee of the Whole has reviewed the job description and the
recommended upgrade from G5 to G7 with 297 points, with the hourly salary range
being a minimum of $13.96 to a maximum of $18.89 and a midpoint of $16.43; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the revised job description, pay grade, and salary range
for the Mayor's Administrative Assistant as stated above effective upon passage of this
resolution, with the salary of $16.10 per hour
