RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE SELECTION OF
PUBLIC WORKS SUPERINTENDENT
FOR THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, Wayne Delikat has been selected to fill the position of Public Works
Superintendent by the Committee members appointed by the Mayor for this purpose effective
January 13,1999; and
WHEREAS, The Common Council is required to approve such appointment; and
WHEREAS, The 1999 biweekly starting salary and benefits of the position as established are
attached herewith.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of Mayor David L. De Angelis, does hereby confirm the selection of
Wayne Delikat to fill the position of Public Works Superintendent effective
January 13,1999.

This is to confirm our discussion held Monday, January 4, 1999, and the
following agreed upon conditions that will be presented to the Common
Cound at their meeting scheduled for January 12, 1999, for final 0~ confirmation:
Salary: Biweekly Wage of $1,765 -64
Probationary Period: One year effective January 13, 1099, with the
understanding that at the end of the one year probation, either party
has the option to terminate this agreement or extend Baid probation for
an additional year and, in that case, you will have the right to
return to your previous position of Foreman of the
Public Works Department at a percentage of range agreed upon at
that time.
Benefits: You will retain all of your years of service toward
afl benefits; i.e. Vacation, Longevity, Sick Pay, etc.
$1,000.00 Yearly Auto Allowance
