DISALLOWANCE OF CLAIM
Storniolo
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a claim from Jeffrey
Notice of Claim received; and
Storniolo for sewer backup which occured on June 21, 1997, per
WHEREAS, the City's insurance company has recommended that the
City disallow this claim; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that this claim
be disallowed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby disallow the claim of Jeffrey Storniolo
for sewer backup sustained on June 21, 1997, per Notice of Claim.
