CCR1996118COMMON COU MUSKEG0 RESOLUTION #118-96 APPROVAL OF LEGAL LOT STATUS Woida WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego has been petitioned for determination of the status of Lots 39 and 40 in the Kingston's on Muskego Subdivision No. 1 located in the SW 1/4 of Section 9; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission defeated Resolution #P.C. 102-96, Recommendation of Approval of Legal Lot Status, because the resulting density would be excessive in relation to potential building mass and side-yard offsets. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego does hereby approve the request for legal status for Lots 39 and 40 in the Kingston's on Muskego Subdivision No. 1 located in the SW 1/4 of Section 9.
