RELOCATION EXPERT TO CARRY OUT THE RESOLUTION OF NECESSITY
AUTHORIZING THE HIRING OF AN APPRAISER AND
KNOWN AS RESOLUTION #203-95

WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has passed a Resolution of Necessity
known as Resolution #203-95; and
WHEREAS, the hiring of an appraiser and relocation expert are
necessary to carry out this project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the City Attorney, in
consultation with the Mayor, to hire Frederick Weqener
as appraiser for this project for a cost not to exceed $1,600.
