ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS
Lake Point Estates and Lake Point Estates West
Sanitary Sewer, Water and Roads
WHEREAS, Section I of the Lake Point Estates Subdivider's
Agreement dated April 25, 1991 and Section I of the Lake Point
Estates West Subdivider's Agreement dated November 18, 1991
require the developer to complete the improvements required in
the Agreements and dedicate the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City shall accept said dedication if said
Subdivider's Agreements and as required by applicable City
improvements have been completed as required by the
ordinances and other applicable laws and as approved by the City
Engineers; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has advised that all of the
above requirements have been met; and
Committee have recommended acceptance of the improvements.
WHEREAS, the Public Utilities Committee and Public Works
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Utilities
Committee and Public Works Committee, does hereby accept the
dedication of sanitary sewer, water and roads in accordance with
the Lake Point Estates Subdivider's Agreement dated April 25,
November 18, 1991 subject to $1,786.75 to be directed to the
1991 and the Lake Point Estates West Subdivider's Agreement dated
Developer's Deposit of Lake Point Estates and $3,487.16 to be
directed to the Developer's Deposit of Lake Point Estates West to
cover negative balances, the cost of the hydrant adjustment and
curb restoration.
