RESOLUTION #211-94
AUTHORIZING WRITE OFF OF LONGSTANDING NSF CHECKS
WHEREAS, there are certain checks being carried on the books
which the City has not been able to collect on for a period of
time from May, 1992 to August, 1994; and
which total $255.10, be written off since they are
WHEREAS, the City Treasurer has recommended that these checks,
uncollectible; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby authorize the Treasurer to write
off the uncollectible checks in the amount of $255.70.
