RESOLUTION #261-94
RESOLUTION AS TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CITY OF MUSKEGO AND KOSOBUCKI BROTHERS PARTNERSHIP
REGARDING MYSTIC DRIVE/FOXBORO NORTH
SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego is receptive to entering an
Agreement with Subdivider Kosobucki Brothers Partnership for the
purpose of sanitary sewer installation by said Subdivider to ten
properties on Mystic Drive; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby approve the attached agreement between the
Mystic Drive/Foxboro North Sewer Project.
City of Muskego and Kosobucki Brothers Partnership regarding
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute the necessary documents in the name of the
City and the Mayor, after consultation with the City Attorney, is
authorized to make minor changes he deems necessary if requested
by Kosobucki Brothers Partnership.
