RESOLUTION #256-94
ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS
Roads - Settler's Creek
WHEREAS, Section I of the Settler's Creek Subdivider's Agreement
dated May 14, 1992 requires the developer to complete the
improvements required in the Agreement and dedicate the same to
the City; and
WHEREAS, the City shall accept said dedication if said
Subdivider's Agreement and as required by applicable City
improvements have been completed as required by the
ordinances and other applicable laws and as approved by the City
Engineers; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has advised that all of the
above requirements have been met; and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended acceptance of
the improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, does hereby accept the dedication of roads in
accordance with the Settler's Creek Subdivider's Agreement dated
May 14, 1992.
