APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on November 3, 1994
property on Tans Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section 6; and
to finalize a one-parcel division of the Duane C. Whitehouse
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
Drive in the SW 1/4 of Section 6.
one-parcel division of the Duane C. Whitehouse property on Tans
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 18.14 of the Land Division
Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, evidence of
a favorable perc test, and approval of the City Engineer.
