OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
A ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN
TO DISCONTINUE AND VACATE RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the
following described real estate in the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a street,
to wit:
All that part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 12, T 5 N, R
20 E, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded
and described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of
Outlot 1 in Block 1 in Willow Wood Subdivision, said point being
the place of beginning of the lands to be described; thence N 2l0
the arc of a circle whose center is to the West, whose radius is
49' 32" E, 195.11 feet; thence Northeasterly 116.65 feet along
thence N Eo 00' 10" W, 146.03 feet; thence Northeasterly 94.25
186.54 feet and whose chord bears N 9O 54' 41" E, 114.76 feet;
feet along the arc of a circle whose center is to the North,
whose radius is 60.00 feet and whose chord bears N 36O 59' 50" E,
84.85 feet; thence S 8" 00' 10" E, 206.03 feet; thence
Southwesterly 154.17 feet along the arc of a circle whose center
S 9' 54' 41" W, 151.67 feet; thence S 27O 49' 32" W, 195.11 feet;
is to the West, whose radiua is 246.54 feet and whose chord bears
thence N 62O 10' 28" W, 60.00 feet to the place of beginning.
That the street discontinued and vacated by this Resolution is
marked Exhibit "A. "

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Common Council Of the City Of
Muskego, Wisconsin, will consider on the 22ND day of
NOVEMBER , 1994 in the Muskego Room at City Hall, Muskego,
Wisconsin, a Resolution to discontinue and vacate as a street the
following described real estate, to wit:
