OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
A ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE
CITY OF MUSKEGO, WISCONSIN
0 TO DISCONTINUE AND VACATE RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the
following described real estate in the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a street,
to wit:
All that part of Kingston's on Muskego Subdivision No. 2 being a
part of the NE 1/4, NW 1/4, SW 1/4, and SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
Section 9, T 5 N, R 20 E, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha
County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows: Commencing
at the Northeast corner of Lot 16 in Kingston's on Muskego
Subdivision No. 2, said point being the point of beginning of
thie description; thence Southwesterly 133.39 feet along the
Northerly line of Lots 16 and 17 in Kingston's on Muskego
Subdivision No. 2 and the arc of a circle whose center is to the
Southeast, whose radius is 1132.00 feet and whose chord bears S
44" 03' 16" W, 133.32 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 17 in
Xingston's on Huskego Subdivision No. 2; thence N 36O 49' 11" W,
16.00 feet to the Southwest corner of Lot 18 in Kingston's on
Muskego Subdivision No. 2; thence Northeasterly 133.23 feet along
the Southerly line of Lots 18 and 19 in Kingston's on Muskego
Subdivision No. 2 and the arc of a circle whoee center is to the
Southeast, whose radius is 1148.00 feet and whose chord bears N
44O 02' 37" E, 132.15 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 19 in
Kingston's on Muskego Subdivision No. 2; thence S 37O 25' 00" E,
16.00 feet to the place of beginning.
That the street discontinued and vacated by this Resolution is
designated in red on a map hereto annexed, made a part hereof and
marked Exhibit "A. 'I

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, Wisconsin, will consider on the 22ND day of
NOVEMBER , 1994 in the Muskego Room at City Hall, Muskego,
Wisconsin, a Resolution to discontinue and vacate as a street the
following described real estate, to wit:
All that part of Kingston's on Muskego Subdivision No. 2 being a
part of the NE 1/4, NW 1j4, sw 1/4, and sz l/r of the sw 1/4 of
Section 9, T 5 N, R 20 E, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha
County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows: Commencing

That said Resolution affects the title to the real estate
situated in the City of Muskego, Wisconsin, as shown on the map
attached hereto.
