APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Demopoulos
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on October 21, 1994
North Cape Road in the NE 1/4 of Section 13; and
to finalize a two-parcel division of the Demopoulos property on
WHEREAS, the majority of land for this land division is within
the City of Franklin City limits and the portion within the City
of Muskego is a part of Parcel 1 which is located in the City of
Franklin; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
two-parcel division of the Demopoulos property on North Cape Road
in the NE 1/4 of Section 13.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 18.14 of the Land Division
Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, and approval
of the City Engineer.
