AMENDED RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO,
WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
(Mystic Drive/Foxboro North Project)
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its
Common Council and for its Amended Relocation Order hereby resolves as
follows :
1. That this Resolution is an amendment to a Relocation Order
which is Resolution #220-94 which was passed and approved on October
11, 1994;
b 2. That this Resolution is an Amended Relocation Order in
accordance with §32.05(1), Wisconsin Statutes, for the purposes of the
within described public improvement project and it is also a
determination of necessity for that project in accordance with
b §32.07 (2) , Wisconsin Statutes.
3. That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is a
necessary and public purpose to construct a sanitary sewer for sewer
improvements as shown on the map attached hereto, made a part hereof
b 0 and marked Exhibit "1".
4. That said sanitary sewer will be built as set forth on the
map which is annexed to this Relocation Order as Exhibit "1".
5. That the site of said sanitary sewer is contained in Exhibit
"1" which is annexed to this Relocation Order; that legal descriptions
L to said sites are attached to this Relocation Order and marked Exhibit

6. That the City of Muskego will acquire permanent easements
and other necessary temporary construction easements for sanitary
sewer improvements as indicated on Exhibits "1" and "2" attached to
this Relocation Order.
