RELOCATION ORDER OF THE CITY OF MUSKEGO
WAUKESHA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
Freedom square Pond Expansion
NOW COMES the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, by its
Common Council and for its Relocation Order hereby resolves as
follows:

That this Resolution is a Relocation Order in accordance
with Section 32.05 (l), Wisconsin Statutes, for the purposes
of the within described public improvement project and it is
also a determination of necessity for that project in
accordance with Section 32.07 (Z), Wisconsin Statutes;
That the City of Muskego hereby determines that it is
necessary and a public purpose to pursue projects which serve
Muskego Lake, thus maintaining the lake's recreational and
to enhance and protect the quality of waters entering Little
aesthetic value for its immediate neighbors and the community
as a whole.
That the purchase of lands as indicated in Exhibit "A" is
necessary to facilitate the expansion of the west pond of the
Freedom Square Ponds complex to improve water course and
storm sewer water detention and sediment trapping
capabilities.
That the legal description to said site is attached hereto,
made a part hereof and marked Exhibit "B."
That the City of Muskego will acquire said lands for
water course and storm sewer water detention improvements as
indicated on Exhibits "A" and "B."
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 8TH DAY OF NOVEMBER , 1994.
I hereby certify that on the 8TH day of NOVEMBER , 1994,
the within Relocation Order as adopted by a vote of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin.

Lands to be acquired
Beginning in the City of Muskego at the SW corner of the NW 1/4
of Section 10, Township 5 North, Range 20 East and proceed N 1
09'27" W 774.00 ft, then N 88 50'33" E 50.00 ft, then N 88
50'33" E 100.00 ft to the point of beginning of subject lands.
From this point proceed N 1 09'27" W 200.00 ft, then S 77 35'00"
E 293.37 ft, then S 27 33'00" E 75.00 ft, then S 77 29'16" E
324.87' to the point of beginning. Said lands containing 0.9248
acres (40,285 square feet).
