APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Zielinski
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on July 20, 1994 to
property on Racine Avenue in the NE 1/4 of Section 29; and
finalize a two-parcel division of the Robert and Nancy Zielinski
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval with a
variance granted for the required average lot width of Parcel 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
two-parcel division of the Robert and Nancy Zielinski property on
Racine Avenue in the NE 1/4 of Section 29.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 18.14 of the Land Division
Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, and approval
0 of the City Engineer.
