DECLARING CERTAIN DELINQUENT PERSONAL
PROPERTY TAXES TO BE UNCOLLECTIBLE
WHEREAS, the City Treasurer has determined that certain personal
property taxes in the amount of $2,744.88 for 1986, 1987 and 1988
as listed below are uncollectible:
1986 Schaumbergs Distributing $ 289.78
1987 Schaumbergs Distributing 247.00
1988 A & W Drive In
Heinze Motors
Ronny's (Ronald Borst)

WHEREAS, the City Attorney has recommended that the above be
written off due to the costs involved to attempt collection, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby determine that the personal property
taxes of $2,744.88 for 1986, 1987 and 1988 as listed above are
uncollectible
