ACCEPTANCE OF QUOTE
Hwy. L Off-Road Path (Phase I)
WHEREAS, the City advertised for quotes for the paving of Phase I
of the Highway L Off-Road Path and the following quotes were
received:
Poblocki Paving $8,365
Suburban Asphalt 8,996
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board and Finance Committee
have recommended accepting the quote from Poblocki Paving in the
amount of $8,365; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego authorized the
expenditure of Park Dedication Funds for this project in August
of 1994 through Resolution #165-94, with the cost for Phase I not
to exceed $9,300.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee
from Poblocki Paving in the amount of $8,365 for the paving of
Phase I of the Highway L Off-Road Path.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to
sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
