RESOLUTION #212-94
ACCEPTANCE OF IMPROVEMENTS
Plum Creek Subdivision
(Storm Sewer and Roads)
WHEREAS, Section I11 of the approved Subdivider's Agreement dated
December 22, 1992 for Plum Creek Subdivision requires the
developer to complete storm sewer and road improvements as
required in the Agreement and dedicate the same to the City; and
WHEREAS, the City shall accept said dedications if said
Agreement and as required by applicable City ordinances and other
improvements have been completed as required by the Subdivider's
applicable laws and as approved by the City Engineers, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Department has advised that all of the
above requirements have been met, and
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended acceptance of
the improvements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Works
Committee, does hereby accept the dedication of storm sewer and
water in accordance with the Subdivider's Agreement dated
December 22, 1992 for Plum Creek Subdivision.
