RESOLUTION #210-94
RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEES
FOR RESCUE SERVICE
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego presently charges individuals $131
for rescue calls as well as any amount incurred for supplies used
at the time of the call; and
WHEREAS, increasing costs have required the Tess Corners
Volunteer Fire Department to increase their resuce fees to $136
as of January 1, 1995 in accordance with the contract between the
City of Muskego and Tess Corners Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the City also
increase their fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby establish that the City will charge a fee
of $136 to individuals for rescue service calls plus any amounts
incurred for supplies used as of January 1, 1995.
