AWARD OF BID
City Hall/Library Reroofing Project a VJHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the reroofing project for
Muskego City Hall/Library, and the following bid was received:
Schranz Roofing, Inc. $89,570
WHEREAS, Roofing Consultants, Ltd. and the Finance Committee have
Muskego City Hall/Library Reroofing Project in the amount Of
recommended approval of the bid from Schranz Roofing, Inc. for the
$89,570.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance Committee, does hereby
accept the bid from Schranz Roofing, Inc. for the Muskego City
Hall/Library Reroofing Project in the amount of $89,570.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized
to sign the necessary documents in the name of the City, and are
further authorized to sign any change orders at their discretion upon

I recommendation of Roofing Consultants Ltd.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funds for this project are to be obtained , from the borrowed money account.
