RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH FEES
(Chapter 18)
WHEREAS, Ordinance #E14 repealed and recreated Chapter 18 of the
Municipal Code (Land Division Ordinance); and
WHEREAS, review fees are required, at the time of submittal, for
Plan Commission review. These fees were previously set forth in
Chapter 18; and
will be as from time to time established by Resolution of the
WHEREAS, the recreated Chapter 18 provides that the various fees
Common Council; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended the fee amounts be
established for Chapter 18 by this Resolution as follows:

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby
establish these fees.
