RESOLUTION #200-94
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A REALLOCATION OF FUNDS
WITHIN THE $2,400,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION
PROMISSORY NOTES DATED MAY 5, 1994
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego did issue $2,400,000 General
Obligation Promissory Notes dated May 5, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the Notes were authorized under Wisconsin Statutes
Section 67.12(12) to pay part of the costs of water and sewer
improvements, dam construction and other capital improvements;
and
WHEREAS, at the time of said issuance the City anticipated the
cost of the Little Muskego dam to be $250,000, the water
reservoir to be $700,000 and the sewer interceptor to be
$1,450,000; and
WHEREAS, the City now estimates the cost of Little Muskego dam to
be $355,000 and the interceptor sewer to be $1,345,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego hereby authorizes and directs that funds from the
$2,400,000 General Obligation Promissory Notes be used to provide
$355,000 for the Little Muskego dam project and $1,345,000 for
the interceptor sewer project and that the debt for said projects
be reallocated between the general fund and sewer fund as
appropriate.
