RESOLUTION #197-94
APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY HABITATION OF TRAILER
WHEREAS, an application for Permit for Temporary Habitation of a
Trailer has been received from Donald J. Henrichs of Superior
services, Inc. for property at Emerald Park Landfill; and
WHEREAS, the $25.00 inspection fee and $50 permit fee have been
received; and
WHEREAS, the Public Welfare Committee has reviewed said
application and has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Public Welfare
Committee, does hereby grant the request of Donald Henrichs of
Superior Services, Inc. to occupy a trailer for a six-month
period on property at Emerald Park Landfill subject to approval
by the Building Inspection Department and approval of Holding
Tank Agreement which will also be necessary in connection with
the temporary trailer habitation permit.
