litigation regarding the Little Muskego Lake dam; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego authorizes retaining Attorney Julie Gay to
represent the Board of Review at an hourly rate of $75 when, and
if, the City Attorney cannot represent the Board.
