RESOLUTION #182-94
AUTHORIZATION TO CONTRACT WITH PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
FOR DESIGN OF ROOF REPLACEMENT
City Hall/Library
WHEREAS, the City has obtained quotes for Professional Services
for the design of plans and specifications of the proposed
management of said project as follows:
reroofing of the City Hall/Library Building as well as the
Wm. R. Henry Associates Services charged on an hourly
basis, not to exceed $7,000
Roofing Consultants Ltd. $2,250
Fischer-Fischer-Theis, Inc. $2,600
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the quote
submitted by Roofing Consultants Ltd. in the amount of $2,250 be
accepted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby accept the quote of Roofing Consultants
Ltd. in the amount of $2,250 for professional services for the
design of plans and specifications of the City Hall/Library
Reroofing Project and management of said project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the amount’of $2,250 for professional
services will be taken from Contingency.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to
sign the necessary documents in the name of the City.
