AMENDMENT TO RESOLUTION #265-93 -
APPROVAL OF 1994 CAPITAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego approved the
1994 Capital Budget in the amount of $797,065 through Resolution
#265-93; and
WHEREAS, while Resolution #265-93 contained the Correct total
amount of $563,465 for Capital Outlay from Unappropriated
Surplus, the category "Unclassified" and amount of $27,000 for
that category were inadvertently omitted on the Resolution but
included in the $563,465 total.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the amendment to Resolution
#265-93 to include the Unclassified category and amount of
$27,000 under Capital Outlay from Unappropriated Surplus which
does not change the total amount approved of $563,465.
