APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on May 27, 1994 to
finalize a two-parcel division of the Dennis and Mary Moody
property on Woods Road in the SW 1/4 of Section 17 and the NW 1/4
of Section 20; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
rezoning of Parcel 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
two-parcel division of the Dennis and Mary Moody property on
Woods Road in the SW 1/4 of Section 17 and the NW 1/4 of Section
20.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 18.14 of the Land Division 0 Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, approval of
the City Engineer, and approval of Ordinance #E51 to rezone
Parcel 1.
