RESOLUTION #177-94
APPROVAL OF REPLAT - KIMBERLY ESTATES
WHEREAS, a Final Plat for Kimberly Estates, a 23-lot subdivision
located in the NE 1/4 of Section 18, was approved by the Common
Council through Resolution #125-94; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Agriculture has requested a replat of
Kimberly Estates; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineer,
replat subject to satisfactory fulfillment of concerns/conditions
Consumer Protection, Waukesha County Park and Planning, any
the State of Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and
payment of all applicable fees in Section 18.14 of the Land
required easement or dedication documents, construction plans,
Division Ordinance, and the renaming of Ryan Court.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the replat for Kimberly Estates, a 23-lot
subdivision located in the NE 1/4 of Section 18, subject to
approval of the City Engineer and all objecting and approving
agencies, receipt of all fees as provided in Section 18.14 of the
- Land Division Ordinance and any special assessments which may be
due.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that deferral of all sewer and water
assessments on said property terminate upon the City's execution
of Final Plat documents.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the
City.
