RESOLUTION #175-94
Reapproval of Final Plat - Lakewood Meadows Addition #1
WHEREAS, a Final Plat was. submitted on April 1, 1994 for the
Section 5; and
31-lot Lakewood Meadows Addition #1 Subdivision in the SE 1/4 of
WHEREAS, the Common Council of the City of Muskego previously
approved a Final Plat for Lakewood Meadows Addition #l on June
14, 1994 through Resolution #126-94, however, it was not recorded
within the 30-day time frame.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council Of the
City of Muskego does hereby reapprove the Final Plat of Lakewood
Meadows Addition #1 Subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 5
subject to all conditions of the original approval being met.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the
City.
