APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT
Belsha Estates
WHEREAS, a Final Plat was submitted on July 5, 1994 for the
three-lot Belsha Estates Subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 11;
and
WHEREAS, the Preliminary Plat was approved in Resolution #127-94;
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
satisfactory fulfillment of concerns/conditions as identified by
Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer
the City Planning Department and City Engineer, the State of
Protection, any required easement or dedication documents,
construction plans and payment of all applicable fees per Section
18.14 of the Land Division Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
does hereby approve the Final Plat for the three-lot Belsha
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
Estates Subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 11, subject to
approval of the City Engineer and all objecting and approving
agencies, and receipt of all fees as provided in Section 18.14 of
the Land Division Ordinance and any special assessments which may
be due.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
