Acceptance of Quote for Scope of Services
for Stormwater Management Plan
WHEREAS, quotes have been obtained as follows for a Scope of
Services for a Storm Water Management Plan:

WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that the quote
submitted by Rust Environment and Infrastructure for $41,592 be
accepted as Rust was the best qualified and met all specified
requirements; and
WHEREAS, 70% of the cost for the project will be contributed
through a D.N.R. grant, with the City paying the remainder.
with funds included in the 1994 budget to be taken from the
Capital Outlay Account #100.9900.1005.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does here by accept the quote of Rust Environment h
Infrastructure for a Scope of Services for a Storm Water
Management Plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to
execute the documents in the name of the City upon review by the
City Attorney.
