RESOLUTION #165-94
AUTHORIZE EXPENDITURE OF PARK DEDICATION FUNDS
Hwy. L Off-Road Path 0 WHEREAS, the City of Muskego desires to construct a 1,500'
off-road path on the south side of Highway L between Lannon
Drive and Parkland Drive and a 400' segment on the north side of
Highway L between Lannon Drive and the Parkland Mall entrance;
and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost for this project is $23,500,
including engineering costs; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of scope
of services submitted by Ruekert & Mielke to complete the
project; and
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Board has recommended that the
project be completed in phases.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee and the Parks and Recreation Board, does hereby
authorize the expenditure not to exceed $23,500 from Park
Dedication Funds as follows:
Phase I Complete 750' segment between Lannon Drive
and the Pick N Save entrance in the amount 0 Phase I1
of $9,300
Comulete the remainina 750' seament between
the- Pick N Save entraice and Parkland Drive
Phase I11 Complete 400' segment on the north side of
in the amount of $9,300
Highway L between Lannon Drive and the
Parkland Mall entrance drive in the amount
of $4,960
