APPROVAL OF HOLDING TANK AGREEMENT
Merle and Jayne Larson
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received a request from Merle
and Jayne Larson for permission to install a holding tank to
serve their property at W125 58330 North Cape Road in the City of
Muskego; and
WHEREAS, it is required by the Department of Industry, Labor and
Human Relations that the City guarantee maintenance of the
Holding Tank; and
WHEREAS, an Agreement for Permission for a Temporary Waste Water
Collection System and Holding Tank has been submitted by the
applicants; and
WHEREAS, the Public Welfare Committee has recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon recommendation of the Public Welfare
Committee, does hereby approve the installation of a holding tank
to serve the property owned by Merle and Jayne Larson, W125 58330
posting a bond in the amount of $1,000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized to execute the holding tank agreement in the name of
the City.
