APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates
(Racine and Janesville)
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on July 13, 1994 to
on Racine Avenue and Janesville Road in the NE 1/4 of Section 17;
finalize a three-parcel and one outlot division of the property
and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City
Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to finalize a
three-parcel and one outlot division of the property on Racine
Avenue and Janesville Road in the NE 1/4 of Section 17.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, and approval
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
of the City Engineer.
