AWARD OF BID
Well No. 7 Test Borings
WHEREAS, the City advertised for bids for the Well No. 7 Test
Borings
Project and the following bid was received:
Layne-Northwest Co. $39,540
WHEREAS, the City engineers and the Public Utilities Committee
have recommended approval of the bid from Layne-Northwest Co. in
the amount of $39,540.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City
of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the City Engineers and the
Public Utilities Committee, does hereby accept the bid from
Layne-Northwest Co. in the amount of $39,540 for the Well No. 7
Test Borings Project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby
authorized to sign the necessary documents in the name of the
City, and are further authorized to sign any change orders at
their discretion upon recommendation of the City Engineers.
