RESOLUTION #148-94
APPROVAL OF VARIOUS LICENSE APPLICATIONS
FOR THE LICENSING PERIOD JULY 1, 1994 TO JUNE 30, 1995
FOR THE CITY OF MUSKEG0
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has received applications for the
various licenses requiring renewal as of July 1, 1994, per the
attached list; and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended approval of such
applications, with conditions as noted on the list, with the
exception of the license application of Art Dyer.
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
Committee, does hereby approve the applications for various
licenses for the year 1994-1995 as listed on the attached, as
amended, with conditions as noted on the list.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, hereby directs the City Clerk to notify all license
holders per the attached list that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego is currently working on an ordinance which if
revocation or non-renewal of liquor licenses.
