RESOLUTION
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, as follows:
That since the public interest requires it, the whole of the
following described real estate in the City of Muskego,
Wisconsin, be and is hereby discontinued and vacated as a
street, to wit:
SEE EXHIBIT 1 ATTACHED
That the street discontinued and vacated by this Resolution is
designated in red on a map hereto annexed, made a part hereof
and marked Exhibit "A. "

All that part of Certifitd Survey Map No. 4842, as recorded in the Office of
the Register of Deeds, Wauke;;ha County Wisconsin, being part ofthe Northwest 114
of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 16, Town 5 North, Range 20 East and part of the
Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 17, Town 5 North, Range 20 East in
the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as

Commencing at a point of intersection of the West line and the South line of
