APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
WILKINSON ESTATES ADD'N #1
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Wilkinson Estates Add'n #1, a
ten (10) lot subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 18, was
submitted on April 14, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
Add'n #1, a ten (10) lot subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of Wilkinson Estates

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of the submittal fee and favorable reports from all approving
and objecting agencies.
