ENTERPRISE DRIVE AND APOLLO DRIVE
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
DEBACK
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted on January 21,
1994 to finalize a four (4) parcel division of the DeBack
property between Apollo Drive and Enterprise Drive in the SE 1/4
of Section 17; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval subject to
easement along the western edge of Parcel 2 & 3 with the
illustration on the Certified Survey Map of 15' landscape
understanding that there cannot be a berm placed in the wetland
area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan
Commission, does hereby approve the Certified Survey Map to
finalize a four (4) parcel division of the DeBack property
between Apollo Drive and Enterprise Drive in the SE 1/4 of
Section 17 subject to illustration on the Certified Survey Map
of 15' landscape easement along the western edge of Parcel 2 & 3
with the understanding that there cannot be a berm placed in the
wetland area.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
of all fees required by Section 10 of the Land Division
Ordinance and approval of the City Engineer.
