APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT
Belsha Estates
WHEREAS, a Preliminary Plat for Belsha Estates, a 3-lot
subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 11, was submitted on March
11, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission has recommended approval of the
Preliminary Plat subject to conditions outlined by the Plan
Commission in Resolution #P.C. 76-94, as amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission,
does hereby approve the Preliminary Plat of Belsha Estates, a
3-lot subdivision in the NE 1/4 of Section 11.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt
