AUTHORIZE SETTLEMENT OF HOLLENSTEIN
VS. CITY OF MUSKEGO LAWSUIT
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize the cash settlement of the Wayne G.
Hollenstein and Cathy J. Walter vs. Scott J. Salentine, Robert
Klenz, Stanley J. Potrykus, and City of Muskego lawsuit in the
amount of $9,500 payable to the plantiffs.
