ACCEPTING COMMUNITY NEWSPAPERS INC., AS
WHEREAS, bids have been advertised for the publication of City
of Muskego Official Notices: and
WHEREAS, a bid was received from Community Newspapers Inc., as
follows:

WHEREAS, a bid was received from The Freeman but was subsequently
withdrawn as the publication did not meet State Statute
requirements.
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has recommended that Community
Newspapers Inc., be designated as the Official City Newspaper.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the
City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Finance
Committee, does hereby accept the bid of Community Newspapers
Inc. (Muskego Sun) as listed above, and that the City Clerk is
authorized to notify Community Newspapers Inc., of their
appointment.
